Also, here's an interesting nugget:

Since coming into the Big Ten, 10 seasons ago, Rutgers has only beaten one Big Ten team on the road that ended up finishing .500 or better. And that team was a 7-6 Maryland team in 2014.

Now I know someone will suggest they've played a lot of road games at Penn State, Ohio State and Michigan. In reality, Rutgers rarely won at former Big Ten West schools either.

So I would say this game will be a precursor for the rest of the season. If you think Nebraska is a legit 7,8, or 9 win team, they will handle Rutgers.
If they're a 5-7 team again, then bet the farm on the Guineas from NJ.
