Thin Skinned Dean has had his fair share of embarrassing moments. Not enough time to list them all but here are a few of my favorites:
- Pie & Salsa
- the story of pelini chewing him out
- making fun of us 15%'ers
- bragging about his Prime Rib Recipe
- selling his used Weber Grill on Husker Online
- bragging about running into Scott Frost while Trick or Treating
- having a meltdown when he saw the parody video of Husker Media
- showing off his "Massive" vertical by touching the crossbar on the goal post
- and who can forget his awkward chest bump

I remember one time Dean was bragging about scoring like 20 points in a freshman basketball game at Omaha Gross. He rode the pine on varsity his senior year. I gave him a hard time about bragging about a performance in freshman basketball. He then tried to guilt me by saying that was one of the last games his Grandma was able to watch of his before she passed. That’s Dean’s MO, you poke fun at him for the weird shit he says and he will make something up to make it seem like you are an awful person. Who brags about a freshman basketball game performance over 20 years later?

When he ran some poll in 2021 to see who thought Frost should be fired and it was just like 15% of us. Since we lost the poll and NU retained him, he made a bunch of "15 percenter" jokes like we were a bunch of morons.

Then 2022 happened and Callahan went to his, "behind the scenes we knew it was over long ago."

This is what ultimately led me to stop subscribing to his shit show. He came in all hawt on a post I made "Here come the 15 percenters" Fucking moron douche canoe.

This one pisses me off to this day. The poll he was citing was an OWH poll though. But the OWH's average reader is like 87 yrs old...they always had some weird supportive shit for Frost bc he was the "local boy." OWH polls would have still supported Frost after 10 straight 0-12 seasons.

Callahan knows this but he ran with this "15 percenters" thing anyway. When he knows that his own HOL readers would be more like 85% to fire Frost (they're much more representative of the fanbase as a whole).

Sean likes to pretend that he's above the fray of the average fan/more sophisticated. Yet he often says emotional fan shit all the time. Just this season he said NU fans should storm the field after a CU win and NU fans should start fights with CU players. BTW Sip and Robin were like 'WTF?' when he said that.
