Sign Up Now!On pure talent, LP is probably just right behind Rozier. He was drafted 6th overall; Ahman Green was a third round draft pick for reference. LP had his issues obviously but he’s in a totally different class IMO.LP had one great year, was surrounded by much better line talent. He was pretty great no doubt.
AA put together two amazing years with three in total with a line that didn’t have the same talent LP had.
In my mind, pound for pound AA edges out LP.
He was amazing. Incredible talent…No doubt. Pound for pound I like Green more than LP.On pure talent, LP is probably just right behind Rozier. He was drafted 6th overall; Ahman Green was a third round draft pick for reference. LP had his issues obviously but he’s in a totally different class IMO.
I don't know man. AA was something else. I would argue he did much more with much much less in front of him.AA over LP is absurd IMO

EJ was right there with regards to that metric. But it's really hard to dis any of them. All fantastic.
LP vs Michigan state (coached by saban IIRC) was just an absolute one-man wrecking crew.LP is still to this day one of the best rbs I have ever seen. How anyone could not have him first is insane to me. Really too bad he was such a troubled soul or think he would’ve been one of the all time 🐐
No Mike Rozier?For me...
1. Ahman Green
2. Ameer Abdullah
3. LP
4. EJ
Green was incredible
How many games did he win for us? I do remember him fumbling some. I guess I can't remember specifically which games he cost us with a fumble.AA fumbled more than one game away
I think we were discussing since MR. Mike was arguably the GOAT!No Mike Rozier?

His play against McNeese state saved our ass.
His fumbles (24/16 lost) were high been when you look at his high number of touches over his 4 year span they weren't as bad as they seemed.
EJ absolutely was fantastic this year when you look at his high amount of usage and his low rate of fumbles. I can only remember 1 maybe 2.
AA over LP is absurd IMO
Maybe. I think my order would be.I was at 2 UCLA games..
I liked Ameer but putting him #2 all time here is mad

That season he was easily the best Nebraska running back of my lifetime.
Maybe you had to be alive to appreciate how much better he looked than anyone else. It was like you dropped him into a high school game.
Kind of wild that no one has mentioned Wan’Dale.
Ameer actually wasn't that fast, think his 40 time was middle of the pack (or worse) for a RB. Had elite cutting & change of direction ability though.Size...LP
Strength...AG
Speed...AA
