I would love to hear a story about another school’s assistant search that started with nearly hiring an extravagantly paid elite recruiter and ended with a guy at the local juco.

Would be ok if he was “a” DL coach with true tenured DL coach with D1 coaching and recruiting experience. No limit to coaches and a juco DL coach shouldn’t cost too much one wouldn’t think considering his options are IWCC and B1G school. We shall see.
