There’s definitely a connection here with Tollefson as he helped at IWCC for a few years and worked with Aaron Terry.
There’s a slight connection with Aurich. Working to see how much of one.
Aaron Terry has been at IWCC as DL and recruiting coordinator for almost ten years and he would have dealt with Aurich at least to a limited capacity given Aurich’s time in the area.

So what I got so far -
First can’t confirm. Cant deny. Still working.
But the two people I’ve talked to said “Best recruiter and coach on staff” and things like “Players love him and will do anything for him” and “everybody in any office at IWCC loves him.”
Damon Benning doesn’t just talk about guys like this when we have an opening on staff with zero reason. Remember, he spent full segments talking about a couple of head coaching candidates he liked back last time we were in the market and he also talked about the guy from Toledo as a DC candidate.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Aaron has been approached. We’ll see what else we can find out the rest of the evening.
