I know I’m not the only one to say this, but I truly have never cared less about high school recruiting. I’m not saying it isn’t important. I’m just saying that it’s so tough to get into anymore.
Didn’t hit me until reading your post, but fast forward 15 years… dad playing at a school will have zero bearing in the recruitment as they’ll have played at like 8 schools.

Brought this up to someone yesterday, you can’t even have legacy recruits going forward
Probably just fewer. You'll still a bunch of dudes go wire to wire at a program
I miss the days of seeing who we are doing in home visits with and if we are getting the last visit or seeing which coaches are scheduled to visit each recruit to lock things up. Just not a big deal anymore
