With this change are jucos now more valuable than his players? Crazy rule change. Placing hs players that don’t qualify and bringing them back after a year is going to be a thing again.

It's not officially a rule change. Technically that ruling was specifically for Pauvia. That being said, JUCOs have to be elated. I feel like with FCS and Group of 5 teams getting poached with the portal it kind of put JUCOs in the backseat. Now they will be able to pitch "hey come develop here and still get 4 years of d1 ball"

But a kid coming from JUCO would still be a 5 to play 4, not 5 to play 5.
