Can we talk about how these powdered greens supplements are right up there with Amino Acids as some of the most worthless supplements you can buy? They add the vitamins in the powder separately from the dried greens so you're pretty much taking a glorified multi-vitamin at 10x the price. They also group half the ingredients under proprietary blends so you know everything in there is underdosed as fuck because they don't have to disclose the actual amounts in the blend, especially with a supplement containing 75 ingredients. They also advertise this stuff as "Alkaline" when your diet has literally no effect on the Alkalinity/ph levels inside your body. Any effects you will feel from this crap is straight placebo, of course Dean is pimping it on his podcast now.

I question the judgement of any athletic supplement company that asked themselves “Who would be a good person to promote our brand?” And answered that question with Dean Callahan
This company has been advertising to the entirety of sports/gaming youtube for a bit now.. Shits annoying and a complete scam.

Isn't taking Testosterone stuff a pretty slippery slope in that you don't know what your base levels should be and once you start taking it, you're basically stuck taking it?
I would assume so, I'm not too knowledgeable on the stuff but these celebrities and rich people that are getting on it probably have a different level of doctor than the average Joe.

P
Anything. If you look at them they all have 95% of the exact same ingredients. I personally take a store brand of centrum, but as long as you are getting something you are covered. There's even studies out there that say that there is little to no benefit of taking multivitamins at all as long as you have a halfway decent diet. I don't know, I usually chalk it up to its not going to hurt anything, and they are cheap so I take them.
The evidence they make no difference >>> evidence they make any difference

Any suggestions for stuff that’s good? You seem to know what you are talking about? Just general health, energy, etc TIA

I have looked at it, and it’s also incredibly expensive—it’s like 80 a month. I have tried some of the cheaper options, and they seem to give at least some energy boost because of the B vitamins, but maybe that’s the placebo effect.
It’s around $90+
