How do you have any faith or confidence in yourself as a coach, or human being, after you convince your employer, a multi-million dollar corporation, that Llamar Jackson and Joe Burrow aren’t good enough?

Our entire economy would collapse in week if all of us were allowed to be that bad at our jobs. Not to mention getting paid 6 figures to suck at a level that is beyond human comprehension.

And then, Beck actually got promoted to OC at tOSU, even though the qb he rejected, was winning the Heisman at a different school. He is the definition of “falling upwards”.

I kind of doubt dom Raiola cares about his legacy at Nebraska. The program needs to grow some balls and take his name off the stadium and not support him anywhere around the facility. He held the program hostage for 2 years for personal pride. Strong armed Rhule to take his other son as a qb. And he tried to control the offense from afar to make Dylan look his best.

Blame goes to Rhule for allowing it. But I get why he did.

He’s on the stadium for what he did as a player, taking him down would be an embarrassing move.
