The 1901 Nebraska Cornhuskers football team represented the University of Nebraska in the 1901 college football season. The team was coached by second-year head coach Walter C. Booth and played their home games at Antelope Field in Lincoln, Nebraska. They competed as an independent.[1]

With victories over Cockeyes State, Missouri, Kansas, and Haskell, Nebraska was recognized as Missouri Valley champion.[2]
