Confirmed 4 Huskers at Combine

Damien Daniels made a huge mistake

I agree. Kid has had one decent year, took him 3 years to get into good enough shape to play full time. He needed to put another year on tape.

That may end up being the case, but people said the same thing about Vincent Valentine incessantly until he got drafted in the 3rd round. Not saying that will happen here, but it’s sometimes hard to predict for a position like this.

Granted, he was at the combine, but had a showing that only amplified the critics (eg 17 reps on bench press)

You could tell me Nebraska has 2 drafted and I'd believe it and you could tell me Nebraska has 5 or 6 and I'd believe it
Yeah
I could see Jurgens, Domann and Allen

Maybe CTB, Daniels.

Don’t know about that #6. Stille? Williams? Toure?

I see Domann testing well myself.
I wonder about his 40 time. Wouldn't surprise me if he was in the low 4.5s and wouldn't surprise me if he was in the 4.7s. Would think that and the agility drills would be the biggest for him. I think he's big and fast enough to be a weakside OLB in a 4-3.

Not sure he’s fast/quick enough to be anywhere in the secondary. Not sure if he'd fit in a 3-4 anywhere in the NFL either.

I can see him running in high 4.6 range. Definitely too slow to play S, maybe a little undersized for LB

I became a true believer of Jojo’s speed in the OSU game. He is such a versatile player for a defense I can’t see how he doesn’t get drafted myself:

If Gifford can play in the NFL…Domann can. Even Gerry started for a year or two in the league. Domann is a lot better than those two

Yeah I think some team will take him as a 3rd down LB and view any other contribution they get out of him as a bonus
