Coaching Candidates with Higher Ceilings than Bo

Higher ceiling than Bo? Bo topped out at 10 wins. He was a high floor low ceiling coach for us.
I think these coaches all have the ability and track record to suggest they could lead us to being a highly rated team again.

I don't buy into the hype of hiring Kleiman or Leipold as I feel they would be more of the high floor low ceiling coach. We have Fuck You money now with facilities, fan support and tradition so the only thing we are missing is the coach to take us back to being a Top 15 program.
I think these coaches all have the ability and track record to suggest they could lead us to being a highly rated team again.

What makes you think these guys can win a Big 10 Championship? That’s basically what Bo was unable to accomplish.
Feel best about Gundy, Peterson and Kiffin in that group.

I like the idea of getting Peterson or Rhule & they can get the ball rolling for next year rather than hiring a coach who’ll have 2-3 weeks before early signing

Yes, but rumors he is on the hot seat and could be gone soon. At the end of last season anyone with any understanding of sports knew Frost was likely to be fired Rhule had his agent reach out to Turd. He wanted out of the NFL and wanted to coach us. Was willing to come in on an incentive laden contract with a low base salary. Actually quite a few agents contacted Turd for clients who were coaching. I think Turd was surprised and impressed at the list of coaches who expressed interest. Some of those might have been just trying to use us a leverage for contract renegotiations. Bottom line though is the coaching world thinks the Nebraska coaching job should be held in higher esteem than many of our fans give us credit for.

0-2 statistically is a death sentence for the playoffs & it’s unlikely he’s gonna make it past mid-October

He did well at two programs and Baylor was left for dead and he did well.
