– He picked Cincinnati to beat Nebraska, straight up.
– He said Nebraska's defense might be "
bad, bad" (or maybe the actual quote was "really bad" ... either way)
– Nebraska beats Cincinnati.
– Nebraska holds Cincinnati to 17 points.
– In his analysis of Nebraska beating the team he picked it to lose against: "Nebraska looked
a lot worse than I thought it would."
– The literal very next week, he picks Cincinnati to win + cover against Bowling Green because he believes "Cincinnati's defense might be
really good."
Back in August, he picked Nebraska to finish under the O/U number of 7.5. At the time, he said, "I don't like their offensive line." He also said, "I don't think the reality of Dylan Raiola matches the hype, and I feel like he has already reached his ceiling."
