Has third choice written all over it. Went after some nfl guys that were on staffs that got fired & struck out. Maybe waited out guys on teams that played late bowl games and struck out. Circled back to TCU guy whose last game was November 26th.

Seems likes this is happening after all. Sean Dillon and Ryan Callaghan both started following him on Twitter tonight and Applewhite is following several Nebraska players and media now.

Good catch, there's no other reason I can think of for him to be following all those Nebraska players and media. He's even following Dean so it must be a done deal.

I've started to believe that most fanbase will tell if you if a coach is good or a coach sucks with fairly reasonable accuracy.
