Blink 182 announces world tour

I despise almost everything Travis has done music-wise for the last decade, but there's no doubt that he's an incredible drummer and knows how to produce popular music. I just wish he would apply it to projects with some artistic value and not MGK and a hundred other MGK-wannabes.

Hopefully with both him and Tom back the next Blink album will be solid, because the last couple were pretty terrible.
One of the worst sounding performances I have ever seen was Travis's band The Transplants. My buddy was their security for the Vans Warped Tour so we were on stage with them and just cringing as it was that terrible, just not good music or sound. Hard to look them in the eye when they come off of the stage and say that they sounded good. Was a real clunker. We were excited to see them, but that excitement quickly was squashed by the terrible noises that those talented musicians made together.

They were so bad that I wanted to go listen to another band but it would have been insulting to be on stage as their guest only to walk off to listen to someone else.

They'll never get it back. Inevitable progression for most bands.

MGKs music is pretty good FWIW

fuck the hatters and losers, blink was great back in the day.
One of the last times I saw them was in Denver in the early 2000's when they were on tour with Green Day & Jimmy Eat World. Great show. Actually I think I saw them one other time in Denver after that. Travis had a cast on his foot and they had a set up where he played in a rotating elevated Drum Kit out in the middle of the crowd. My buddy who was his body guard had to literally carry Travis out there from the stage during the concert for that part of the show since he couldn't walk. Gimmicky but cool to see. Travis is a beast and kudos to my friend who had to carry him over 100 yards through a crowd. We helped lead blocked for him and opened up a good hole in the crowd. I think that might have been around 2004 when they were touring with Cypress Hill and Taking Back Sunday. Wasn't impressed with Cypress Hill in the least bit but Blink brought it.

My first blow job was in a car with “All the Small Things” blaring through the speakers.

Don’t know what was more ironic: the name of the song poking fun at the size of my dick, or that I didn’t even last the duration of the song before blowing my load.

Either way, it was a core memory and I still can’t hear that song without having conflicting feelings of pride and shame.

If it weren't @jw3 posting, I might object to "hatters." As it is, carry on.

I think I'm older than most of you fokkers. My only reason to go to Blink concert is if "August is Falling" is one of their opening bands.

Turnstile is opening. They’re pretty fun but definitely appeal to a younger rowdier crowd
