This guy was Bielema's RB coach at Wisconsin, coached a few guys you might remember Monte Ball, James White, Melvin Gordon then 5 years coaching RBs for the Ravens before head coach at Northern Illinois his alma mater the last 6.

I've never understood why some people routinely post with the first letter of every word capitalized. It's both substantially more difficult to type quickly, & also grammatically incorrect.
