Last summer and fall when recruiting was slow, Dean and the boys kept preaching that the number was 13-15 and we were “being selective” because of that. We ended up taking 33 including transfers. Lmao!

He refused to listen to any of us in tunnel talk that the number would be way higher than 15. NOPE IT’S 15 YOU PEASANTS. WE ARE BEING SELECTIVE.

Sounds like the guys saying we didn’t need any more tight ends 21 and now look at our tight end room. We could lose Nelson and Mathis after this year possibly. We fuckin need like 4 edges in this class if you ask me.

The biggest dumbass is Brian Kelly for not keeping Mickey. Kelly isn’t doing well with Louisiana recruiting and it’s a top 5 football state.

I don’t understand why the scholarship numbers are even a thing anymore with so much roster fluidity. We were told for most of last season we were only taking 12…and we ended up bringing in 32 new players. You take the best 85 you can and process the rest…if Lenhardt wants N, you make room.

See the deal is Frost hasn’t asked Deab yet what numbers he needs. With the lack of communication it’s very uncertain how many we’re taking this year.
