Whether he’ll come to Nebraska or not, who knows, but this was what Rhule was talking about in his last podcast interview (College Football Daily) of recruiting all of Texas, not just the airport cities. Refugio always has good athletes but it’s only a town of maybe 2,000 people way down in South Texas near Corpus.
