I have the same question. We will have guys both grad transfer and retire - the grad transfers can happen at any time, even well after 4/30, and we might not learn of retirements until fall practice. But we have to have some regular transfers coming. Where are they?

When I was on the CERT team, I use to ask my supervisor why certain people seemed to always pass the physical test, but I never actually seen them do the physical assessment. I was told they called "equipment watchers".
