Went a little overboard on smoked Mac N Cheese tonight.



After sampling a few.

Always use bread crumbs to give it a bit of crunch. Only had it on about half and its probably the single biggest difference.

Only did diced jalapeños in one. That was a mistake. Should have been in the majority. Gives it a great flavor.

Yes to bacon bits no to hamburger. Hamburger dried out too much.

Mrs. Bomber and her daughter have been making Christmas cookies since early Thursday. Something close to 35 dozen.

All afternoon today will be dedicated to frosting and fancy decorating of the sugar cookies. They did approx 15 different types of cookies. Sure smells good here.....
