Thick cut Pork Steaks. It's a big thing here in the Ozarks. Salt, pepper plus some butter in a Cast Iron Skillet cooked on med-high heat. Dam things are addictive and so tasty.
 
Breaking in the new Traeger. Friend of mine bought it this spring and decided to move. New house has a built in one so I got it at a discount.
I just had some beer can chicken off the rectec with corn on the cob. Ribs are one of the better things on a pellet grill.
 
Smoked Mac and cheese with panko and bacon crust about to go on the smoker!

Smoked Mac and Cheese with bacon/bread crumb topping.
Smoke Beans with Bacon, peppers, onion, garlic, a few other things and what I think is a game changer molasses.
Smoked a pork shoulder.
Bought some potato salad.

You’re exactly right! If you like smoked baked beans you should try this recipe. Just fantastic.
 
Started using this amazing pork rub from Spiceology called PK “Christie Vanover” pork rub. 145 degrees on the dot. So damn fucking good 8D78EF14-370B-4657-9D4D-5D0FBE25A131.jpeg
