Episode 3 might have been my favorite so far.
Egg has been perfectly cast. The scene with the horse was great.
I do wish the big reveal scene was handled a bit differently but that is just a minor nitpick.
I absolutely love the subtle references to the Blackfyre Rebellion and the Targaryen political weakness being a cloud hanging over the whole thing.
I hope they do give us a glimpse or hint of a certain "great" bastard despite him not appearing in this particular novella.
Bonus note: I like how Lyonel Baratheon is basically treating the tournament like spring break.
