I would have like to seen two more DT and two more DE with at least one of each being a plug and play guy.I wish I knew the plan for DE because what I’m seeing returning scares me.

Went kind of the same way with the coaches Geep, Lonnie, Aurich, Manning......Brown?The first couple of days I was really encouraged. It seemed like we had executed really well on qb - took care of that first, had him enter with a no contact tag, committed within a couple of days.
Then that completely fell apart. And then it became clear that qb was largely the extent of our “successful” tampering and we were just kind of in the mix with other similarly situated programs.
It hasn’t been a disaster, but it’s also kind of hard to believe that this kind of a haul is worthy of an 800k GM.
I appreciate that you used an obscure past Husker to remind yourself of an obscure current Huskerhad to lookup who dylan roger was and then i remembered it was the tre bryant lookin motherfucker 🤣
The way to handle it was to start tampering in September when it was clear we couldn't stop the run, then drop off bag on guys as soon as the portal openedOne thing we must admit is that they do usually have a back up plan as far as portal players are concerned. I'm sure they'll have another DL target for tomorrow or Saturday.
The thing is, since it's so late in the cycle, it's a mad scramble. So cancellations and ruined plans should be expected. That anticipation should lead you to plan a contingency.
Also, I'm gonna be as critical of Pat Stewart as anyone but the reality is that there really is no way to practice this. No real way to be prepared for this level of chaos and nonsense.
As for Pat Stewart it's still Rhule's show when it comes down to it. I understand about the chaos but that's what he gets paid for. This essentially was his Super Bowl. One thing we must admit is that they do usually have a back up plan as far as portal players are concerned. I'm hoping Rule looked good in bowl prep and that's the reason they didn't go after a portal rb because otherwise it has me worried. As for Pat Stewart it's still Rhule's show when it comes down to it.
There were DL available for instance maybe not as many plan As but plenty of plan Bs and even plan Cs. Schools with less resources were able to find and fill DL spots. So I'm not sure what the issue is.
Geep and Lonnie were able to fill their spots with quality additions so again this year maybe the lack of a DL coach came back to haunt them.
You can argue RB both ways I guess but it never felt like it was priority again this year.
Where did you learn all this?Stoudmire shit is a red flag. He apparently collapsed in fall camp and went by ambulance to a hospital. Came back. Got injured again Played another game and then had a season ending one
Bizarre year. Hopefully, they get a shot at someone else.
Man if tre didn’t have the knees of a 80 year old he was going to be so goodhad to lookup who dylan roger was and then i remembered it was the tre bryant lookin motherfucker 🤣
I read their 247 board/articles about himWhere did you learn all this?

Ah the old mom travel issue excuse.Quick update on Oregon DL Terrance Green.
He's no longer visiting Nebraska today due to a travel issue with his mom. Cal and his former DC, Tosh Lupoi, are now involved. Here is his schedule tentatively:
