Greg Smith----

Nebraska is set to host a big-time defensive lineman out of the portal soon.

Sources tell me for On3 and Rivals that Oregon defensive tackle Terrance Green is set to visit Nebraska on Thursday. The Rivals Transfer Portal rankings list him as a four-star player and also the No. 104 player in the country. In 2025, Green played a big role in the defensive line rotation. He played also in all 15 games and put up 15 tackles and one tackle for loss.

Green has been with the Ducks for three seasons and will also have two years of eligibility at his next school.

Nebraska has been very busy with portal additions during this period. The Huskers have the No. 29 ranked portal class with 15 transfers in. That includes Anthony Jonesand Jahsear Whittington. The team also landed Andy Burburija out of the JUCO ranks.

First visit after the dead period. This big mofro is

That's my point. He's lost all his leverage that's precisely why they found the "sit one year and wait" plan appealing.

The 2023 hothead Dom would never accept that for Dylan.

But this is the 2026 Dom who's seen his son be mediocre at times and garnerjng offers nowhere near what he wants. So I think Dom is humbly going to Oregon bc they know they have no other good options at their price point.
I believe the biggest factor is they realized Dylan isn’t a lock for the first round & Oregon has 4 of 8 starters go in the 1st round, assuming Dante is still a 1st round grade next year.

The 3 year plan is out the window & if they legit thought Dylan coming here was going to bring a natty then they vastly overestimated how good he actually was.

Definitely has an nfl arm & he hasn’t got nfl quality coaching from the staff so he’ll sit & learn the system for a year & Dylan can work on some of his biggest flaws.

I wouldn't want to sit on the bench with those fuckers either.
Bet it has less to do with Dylan and more to do with his schools ability to sign talent.

Writing on the wall when you take a commitment from a Buford QB to play TE.
