We went last time Kstate and Nebraska played down there. Was a Kstate home game basically. I was severely hungover and hated my life the entire time

Sounds miserable lol.

Thankfully NU FB is @ Penn State that weekend so shouldn’t be a ton of conflict for anyone who wants to go on Saturday (other than potentially missing part of the FB game on TV)

I was there. Huskers put up a good fight but didn't have enough firepower. Could be a whole different ball game next year.

Probably similar to two seasons ago when Nebraska beat them in Manhattan. As for K-State, Jerome Tang has absolutely failed to build a roster anywhere close to that first one he had. Of course, a player like Marquis Nowell is impossible to replace.

Only thing I can think of is they want NU/KSU in the title game the following day and guarantee two (at a minimum) decent crowds on day 1
