I don’t think so. McGuire is a Texas guy thru and thru. I don’t even know if he’s that good of a coach (GREAT HS coach back in the day). Tech fans wanted him gone until they went all in with the NIL this year.

His only saving grace is that he has some absolute HAMMER hired and all of the talk about who they are vetting/pursuing is all smoke signal.

Amazing what better players can do for a guy.
