Of that list, I'd say Wisconsin is a lock and FSU may become more likely.

The rest could squeeze out 7 or 8 win seasons and be fine for this season.

I could see LSU moving on if Kelly chokes and doesn’t make the playoff. FSU is definitely going in the direction of a program which will fire their coach and Florida will likely move on.

I don’t either but let’s say Nebraska somehow only loses one more game it could happen. The schedule isn’t super tough. I still think we will lose 2-3 more games, but you never know.

The won't be giving Franklin $48M. The parties have likely settled at a lesser amount. Franklin's contract forces him to accept any bonafide job offer and seek work immediately, and whatever he earns nets against his PSU payout. He'd accept less to freely choose the best job for him and have the whole PSU comp issue settled.
