But you know, baby steps. I would advise to sober up and get ready for the real football season. Colorado is an FCS team.

Thoughts from being at the game last night:

Atmosphere was great. Fell off some in the second half but the team took a pretty business like approach to closing out the game and refs stole the show.

Nash and Ty set the table but Butler and Princewell are a nightmare for Colorado being able to close and finish the sack.

John Bullock played great. Big tackles and hands up in passing lanes all night.

Tommi Hill is a different player. Before he made me a little nervous because he seemed lost sometimes but he looks like a lock down corner now.

I love how our screen game is coming along. Great way to use Barney and Rahmir. Still need to work on blocking the bubble screens though.

Dowdell gets better every week. Makes me feel better about next year when we lose guys.

Love the wrinkles for Barney. He's going to break a big one.

Glad to see Buschini have a complete game punting.

I originally didn't know how to feel about IGC at PR but he seems solid. Catches the ball and gets upfield.

Congrats to Corcoran. He seems to have figured it out like Benhart last year.

It's odd to watch Shaduer never be in the team huddle during timeouts. He just jogs down to the goaline every time and stays away.

Celebrate today and lock in and set the tone next week to get ready for Big Ten play. Defense can dominate while the offense gets more experience and reps.

It's odd to watch Shaduer never be in the team huddle during timeouts. He just jogs down to the goaline every time and stays away.

Didn't know that was a thing all the time for him. Yikes. I guess at least he got to experience the end zone that way.
