Also UK will likely have a contract with Jon Summrall inked by this time next week. UK radio reporting that Stoops will probably not be back which means it's done
In this case, throw a massive bag at Vince Marrow and bring him home.

Stoops would be a good replacement for Ferentz once that irritable old fuck steps down.

These schools w low following and low NIL are going to be less and less of a destination for HCs.

I'm thinking MN, UCLAbia, NW etc.

Fleck sees the writing on the wall
Yeah what I heard on the UCLAbia deal was that they weren't able to meet his NIL demands. More and more hires look like the cignetti hire where the school isn't trying to meet contractual demands, they're shaking down their boosters for NIL ready to deploy

Hard to compete with Anthony Edwards and Justin Jefferson here

Last week i heard PJ Fleck was lobbying for the UNC job from a guy who'd know. He would have taken UCLAbia if they could manage an extra $2m last year and his longtime DC left in the offseason. Sold his lake minnetonka house last offseason

Listed his primary residence in may. Sold it literally yesterday (lost about a million on the build/sale)

today, UNC announces they're firing mack brown
Also…if this happens let’s start tampering like hell for Darius Taylor.

trying to think of who Purdoodoo might go after…no real obvious names.

Tim Albin
Chuck Martin
Chris Pickle Smoochers
Eric Morris
Jon Sumrall
Rich Rodriguez
Jeff Monken
Bryant Haines

It’s going to be very rare to get a P2 job as a coordinator going forward. The jobs have become too different and there’s too much money at stake to risk that the guy’s skills can translate. Let the lower level schools take the risks and cherry pick the successes.
