Is he having Tommy John? If so, I can’t imagine he’s going to be throwing any time soon. @PonyBoy ? @HCFord1 ? What’s the average return to throwing after TJ? 6 months ?!

True TJ, they're out for minimum 12 months in baseball while some can take up to 18 months.

No idea if that's relatable to football as a QB isn't throwing 4-7 different pitches with extreme stress/pronation.

I can’t find anything on what his actual injury was other than he has UCL surgery. As you know, they’re not all the same. Spencer Strider had bone fragments in his, so he technically had UCL surgery but it wasn’t TJ. So it’s certainly different.

It will be very interesting to see who’s willing to take him knowing he’s not throwing for awhile.

Brock didn't have TJ surgery, right? IIRC, he had IB ligament augmentation.

I can’t find any intel on the surgery he had or the extent of his UCL injury. 6 months might be pushing it.

Should be good by June, July at the latest accd to their board.

He may legit make more next year in CFB than in the NFL. His stock has tanked this season for the league but he's still a championship level QB (from some perspective) in college. Someone will pay out the ass.

Texas Tech was the 'one of these things is not like the others' school that was mentioned. IDK if he'll end up there, but they must have raised the bid for him, at least.
