He may legit make more next year in CFB than in the NFL. His stock has tanked this season for the league but he's still a championship level QB (from some perspective) in college. Someone will pay out the ass.

I dont think any team is going to care if he's in spring ball. 6 month still gets him throwing over the summer and ready for September.

I personally don't think he's that good regardless, but in the right spot he will boost their team, a la Dillion Gabriel.

I can’t find any intel on the surgery he had or the extent of his UCL injury. 6 months might be pushing it.

Quartetbacks usually return from Tommy John faster than pitchers. It puts a lot less stress on your arm to throw a football than pitch a baseball.
