The fact it's not a 9 or 10 win season is due in large part to Raiola so lolz

Sign Up Now!Just think if Satt could’ve closed the deal with Cam Ward or McCords dad wasn’t an asshole how this year would’ve played out. Nothing against DR, but he’s not mobile enough to keep defenses honest. The fact it's not a 9 or 10 win season is due in large part to Raiola so lolz
Additionally he's having a Dylan Raiola youth football camp at Lincoln Pius X this summer in July I believe....he's not leavingThat's what I thought, but crazy how people think sometimes.
I don't really think the lack of mobility is an issue. I think shitty offensive coordinator and lack of skill dudes who will make plays have been a much bigger issue. Not absolving Dylan of missing open dudes, yeeting it off his back foot, or making dumb throws thoughJust think if Satt could’ve closed the deal with Cam Ward or McCords dad wasn’t an asshole how this year would’ve played out. True. Plus he never got hit or sacked until the Illinois game if I remember correctly and that was the beginning of the yips IMO. I thought he showed some fight for the Ohio State game when he started getting aggressive with his legs and it kept their defense off balance. But I agree that a lack of a supporting cast of skills players has hurt him and questionable playcalling by Satts.I don't really think the lack of mobility is an issue. Yeah I think he's been welcomed to major college football thoroughly at this point and I hope that it will pay dividends in the long run.True. To me I don’t know if there is a “right” number - you take as many talented guys as you can and figure the rest out later. More depth = more chances to find a guy that “pops” and better odds to survive injuries, suspensions, etc when they inevitably happenIf we get Mills and Terry, how many WRs do we grab out of the portal?
Gotta take what you can get to increase the overall talent on this team.If we get Mills and Terry, how many WRs do we grab out of the portal?
Weird take imo. #1’s in the NFL are more and more looking like Barney types. Amon Ra, Jayden Reed, Tyreek, just to name a few.Gotta take what you can get to increase the overall talent on this team.
We need gamebreakers. We have 0 as of today. That can change with continued development. But we aren’t there yet. Barney can be an explosive fun piece. But he will never be a #1 in the nfl.
This just isn’t true. Barney and EJ are unequivocally game breakers at the college level. People need to stop being prisoners of the moment.Gotta take what you can get to increase the overall talent on this team.

Barney is not like any of those guys. Barney is a slot guy in the nfl. I love the guy. But he isn’t a #1.Weird take imo. #1’s in the NFL are more and more looking like Barney types. Amon Ra, Jayden Reed, Tyreek, just to name a few.
How many td’s did they end up with this year? This just isn’t true. Barney and EJ are unequivocally game breakers at the college level. People need to stop being prisoners of the moment.
You got me, our true freshman WR and sophomore RB (who only got serious PT after Dana got here) aren’t sure fire top draft picks right now—let’s just shut down the program. EJ was arguably the MVP of the Wisconsin game and Barney had dozens of explosive plays (while playing the Sattfense). How many td’s did they end up with this year?
Total yards?
First down conversions?
How many games did they win for us?
They can absolutely be key players in the future. I’m a big fan of both.
But neither are rd 1-3 draft pick going into the nfl at this point.
Again, not hating on them. But we need a few more gamebreakers. Neither one of those guys can fully put a game on their backs and just win it. Agree. Our RB room only has two players that are D1 level with EJ and DD. The recruiting class this year has a solid player from MO and then Booth who just had an injury with ligament tears in his same ankle and knee. If they can buy a transfer they should but it will be tough to balance with the transfer portal. They are a top 15 team (I would think) based on revenue sharing and NIL so that is there to support a move for a big time rb plus Dana showing an improvement with the offense schematics is a big selling point as well.Again, not hating on them. EJ in the wiscy game was fantastic. But wiscy is also not good. He had a decent game against Cockeye. But we needed him to take the game over and put up some points like Iowas back.
