Here’s my cope on this. We easily could have had McCord or Leavitt last year if we wanted them. If Raiola leaves we can definitely get a good QB in the portal and still do some damage with Dana at the helm. Would obviously hurt in terms of long term trajectory, but we wouldn’t be totally fucked short term.

After what Indiana did, they're loving it. That's 3 guys with starting experience or lots of snaps and another that is said to have the highest potential of them all. They're gonna think they'll hit the ground running like Indiana did this year and make the playoff next year.

Kind of funny, how the hype preseason this year was that FSU was going to have the best DL in the history of ever.

Then they piss the season away in a historically bad way, ditch their DL coach, and even with everyone on that defensive front still having eligibility, they hire a guy with 2 years as a position coach, and raid the second team of a 6-6 team.

Sort of hard to blame the players. FSU now has a rep for way overpaying DL and not expecting any sort of production.
