1/3 Season Prediction thread

Man, I have seen this take a million times since Saturday and I've spoken with several coaches (including my cousin, the head coach at Wyoming) and all of them to a man said that you can tell that the issue was with the RB and not with the QB.

Shit, there were 3 or 4 instances of the same thing happening with HH in the game. There's plenty to get on Simms about, but this isn't one of them.

Yeah I think 3 more wins is probably our ceiling but I wouldn’t be surprised by anything under that.

Yeah I could see us beating NW, Purdue and MSU....Outside Michigan pretty much every one of those games should be a 1 score game. Maryland is probably the 2nd best team on that list.

Illinois will be tough after Michigan, but also a short week.

NW, MSU and Purdue are trash.... But we don't have the offense to ink any of those as wins.

Wisconsin and Cockeye are solid teams, but hardly world beaters. Cockeye barely averaged a yard per min of game time.

Gonna need special teams to make some game winning plays and we are going to need to develop some RB depth/passing game confidence.

I initially thought 6 or 7 for them after CSU, but it will be a tough road for them and they have to stay healthy. They are lucky they avoid Washington.

They will probably unexpectedly drop one of Stanford, ASU, or Arizona and then unexpectedly beat one of UCLA, OSt or Wazzu to get to 3 more. Utah seems like a terrible match up, particularly in the last week of the season, and USC is just flat better everywhere. If Shedouer gets hurt, it will be an implosion.

Yeah I could see 6 if Shad stays healthy. What are the odds he's healthy all year though?

1/3 of the way through I'm revising.

I really like how we match up with Cockeye. I flipped that from an L to a W but everything else is pretty much the same. I underrated Colorado much like the rest of the country and didn't forsee sparty's whole roster quitting so the colorado win-> loss and sparty L->W

My undefeated penn state/ allar POTY is aging like wine.

Alright, in that case, almost every time that has happened with HH he’s tucked the ball and ran to the hole the RB was supposed to go to. Which is what you should do every time in that situation.

If I remember correctly, Sims looked like he panicked, danced around for a sec, and proceeded to take a loss. I was high on Sims more than most, but the lights are just flat out to bright for him.

Wazzou will toss their salad...that team is severely underrated.

Don't see them beating UCLA either because they appear to have a solid D. They haven't played anybody besides Utah though.

Oregon St is beatable if things go right.

I think 6 wins with only losses to Michigan and Wisconsin. Also, when was the last time we played Wisconsin at home? It always seems like we are playing them at their house vice ours. Whoever does our schedules need to be fired.

I know they gave them two straight after the whole pandemic deal.
