And BTW, according to Grok, crude oil from West Texas/Permian Basin produces about $155 billion each year (at a conservative estimate of $65 a barrel). One percent of that would be $1.55 billion. We're expected to believe someone is offereing that to Brendan frickin Sorsby annually for life? And if he's getting that, why would TT even bother with a piddly payment of $5 million?
