Doubt it. The Athletic Department has had to get creative the last 2 years to keep our Sell Out Streak Alive. Selling tickets to corporations for pennies on the dollar, giving away to 1st Responders......... The product on the field ain't putting butts in the seats

Not good but it has been a lot worse. Back in the Jennings era the Downtown Lincoln merchants were given handfuls of tickets by the athletic department to pass out to customers in order to get butts in seats. Not sure how much that improved attendance but it sure smacks of desperation.

I don’t really care if it dies or not, but I think it’s funny at those that get up and arms about the university doing this to keep the sell out streak going. Who cares. Mostly looking at the radio media
