Bo Pelini had 0 years of DC experience EVER when he was hired in 2003 and I think that defense played pretty well. At some point you can either coach or you can’t.

This is a boom or bust hire to me.
I’m not real impressed with it today but would love to be proven wrong. No high major DC experience. Just on the surface…not loving that.
