We elevated Snow's involvement at the end of the 2023 season while he was with the Bears behind the scenes and then brought him back for the 2024 season, which pissed Tony White off since he was a top 10 total defense and top 15 scoring defense. He wanted more of his guys to help him with his defense, not more guys he wasn't familiar with. Then when Cooper was let go in the summer, he again had no input in who his DB coach would be and we actually went with someone that vocally stated their entire goal was to become a DC someday. So either White was just going to have to be ok with the new hire leaving at first chance to run a defense and train yet another new person, or he was hired to replace him.
Big year coming up for Rhule, will he bring in a new guy or roll with the experienced DC he’s comfortable with?
If he wanted the job he would have had it a long time ago.

This is a problem with Rhule. He needs to get an external stud who can bring a great start. Stop developing coaches who can’t execute right now. Hopefully Dannen can push this where it needs to go.
Tony was mad that Matt was spending all summer with John when Matt said he and Tony were BFFs on the last day of school. So Tony had to go to the pool with Pot Roast and James instead. Easy to see how things went south.

I don't know shit about fronts, but on CFB26, my 4-3 works WAY better than the 335.... if that helps.
If he hires Leonhard I’ll go down to Lincoln and blow MR myself.
