Missing Lincoln man (and Chance Englebert)

Disagree. I know a lot of women that would just let their drunk husband leave and listen to the family.
This is why most relationships don't work. He is trying to be head of household and her family disagrees with every decision.
You keep bringing up the wife wouldn't do that is crazy. These white spoiled bitxhes these days aren't loyal.
I’m not saying a lot of women wouldn’t do the same and I’d assume that they probably aren’t great wives either. Needless to say, she shouldn’t have just let him go and he shouldn’t have just walked off but I’d say she is more at fault for not recognizing the situation.

We also don’t know much about Chance and what he was like when drunk

I doubt the in laws could have carried his body up there in the dead of night after a thunderstorm.

Maybe someone dropped his body there long after that night and buried him there, but why would they bury his personal property with him?

Why would you keep souvenirs of your crime? If the intent is make it look like he just disappeared, you probably don’t want his shit laying around somewhere else.

This lady made a video of the trails chance would have walked and where he fell from

She keeps repeating "50 degree wind chill" as if that's some impossible condition to survive.
Why does she take it for fact that he had to walk all that way? What if he got a ride for most of it?
Why does she assume him falling off that ledge means he committed suicide? As she keeps saying, he was drunk. Why has she ruled out making dumb, drunken decisions and accidently falling to his death?

I just posted the video so that people could get an idea of the terrain.

The whole thing to me sounds like a series of bad decisions and misfortunate events that led to him falling and eventually dying.
