Several NFL scouts projected Sanders to be a day three pick since entering the draft.

Those "several NFL scouts", must be idiots. Sanders was flat out awful this season, he was unimpressive during the 2023 season, but got noticeably worse for 2024. Physically he doesn't have the numbers to get drafted and as one of the more experienced players college players out there he makes a lot of mental and discipline mistakes. He won't get drafted and be an early UFA cut, he's just not a good football player.

Combine his poor play with being an ass hat and he’s got a hill to climb.

His brother may be his equal in the ass hat arena, but at least he has marketable skills as a player. If I was an NFL GM, I personally don’t think he’s good enough a player for me to knowingly bring the nonsense to town with him. And then there is daddy.

Without knowing what pressure or coverages the defense is in, I couldn’t agree or disagree with this.

I’m not saying the kid is the next Jerry Rice. He actually reminds me a little of Jerry Juedy and his ‘happy feet’. It seems great route runners in the NFL have kind of gone the way of the fullback. Its typically either a first move/fake coupled with pure speed, or a receiver ‘owning’ the ball over the coverage player. I can’t think of too many who run surgical routes or even seem to understand space in coverage.
