Playing Colorado early is definitely unfortunate. But even with that, that game last year was way closer than the final score. This year is in Lincoln, we are a better roster, and another year of quality coaching. We shouldn't have lost last year, we won't lose this year.

I don't know if that's accurate. From what I googled, they started March 18 and went for one week, then took a week off for spring break, and returned to practice April 1. That would be five total weeks of practice leading into a April 27 game. I would be surprised if they are taking two weeks completely off then playing a spring game.

I read it in one of the decommit articles that Sunday was their last day and that's why they started going in the portal yesterday. I must have misread it or it was incorrect in the article I guess.
