TBH this might be the most impressive win of the Hoiberg era. In a way.
We actually didn't play that well. We didn't go NBA Jam ON FIRE from 3 and make every shot. No one had a career game other than maybe Wilcher. They actually won w toughness, defense and smarts.
That's an insane thing to say for a Hoiberg NU team. It just doesn't happen that much vs top ranked teams like that.
Hoiberg's NU teams normally don't win unless they have some guys going red hot from 3. If we can start winning this way I will change my whole opinion of Hoiberg. You can actually win on the road if you can play this way when it counts.
Don’t need 3 road wins if we keep winning at home. 1 on the road plus win out at home gets us 21 wins. With 2 great wins that probably put us at a 8 or 9 seed imo

I think we sat behind Wahl’s parents for the entire game. Yelled at Courtney Green once or twice.
That white ref is potentially one of the worst refs I’ve ever seen. His ability to blow the whistle 5 seconds after the play is dead was incredible.
