Tbh I did not see a visit coming. Can't believe just by looking at a recent follow from Raiola that you can almost see who they're going after.

Before he tore his ACL he average 20 YPC at Wyoming and decided between Tennessee, USC and Texas when he went into the portal.
He got hurt, Texas brings in AD Mitchell and Neyor gets buried on the depth chart.

In my eyes he's a high risk/high reward type prospect. IF he can come in and get back to where he was at Wyoming he'll be a stud. But, he hasn't really played in 2 years so the chances are just as great that he would amount to little or nothing here.

He took an official to LSU as well.
He was rumored to have been a silent commit to LSU from fall 2021 onward; he didn't formally commit to them until September 2022 and then took a December OV. The rumor was he was getting paid for taking visits after his silent commitment.
Applewhite was his recruiter (Heard is from Monroe).

On 3 has him listed as a visitor still, we'll have to see if he actually visits though.

if someone is listed at On3 they have been confirmed in some kind of communication with the local team (the local teams manage the visits listing at On3, unlike 247 & Rivals)
