Does he live in that area behind Tanners? My sister lives in that area and is pretty close to Greg Austin. I figured more coaches live in that area.

Actually looks like we are going to do a free promo to generate clicks, get your credit card info and then I'm looking at shifting customer service to somewhere more remote and harder to work with than India.
That way we don't have to rely on our product for customer retention. You just won't be able to leave.

Most the football coaches live off of 70 and yankee hill area. Fat Dean is blowing smoke about how many coaches live around him.

We looked at several houses in that neighborhood. Most were garbage, cheap finishes, basically extremely expensive spec houses with Menards bulk fixtures and flooring. They were built by Vladimir Oulianov's crew.
There was one house a bit over $400k which had a wall that was about 80 degrees in the corner. The wood flooring they used came into the wall at an angle. In the corner is was a 2 pieces wider than the other end.

The other funny thing is most new houses use mdf for doors and trim. It’s a better look when painted, but it’s complete junk. If I’m spending over 400k on a house I’m not going with mdf.

That’s true. My brother bought a 850 k house five years ago or so close to downtown Denver that is only1200 sq feet. You get a little better bang for your buck in Nebraska.

They’re building a new townhome community down the street from our neighborhood here in Parker and it says “starting in the mid 400s”. It’s getting insane.

Yeah they’re going nuts with construction up this way and they’re building these weird duplexes that are 450k starting. So stupid.

Naw not bringing that over here. Deano has basically threatened to sue a bunch of us over here over petty issues which is why there may be a tinge of bad blood.
