His back up started 9 games last year and is considered the fastest player on the team. So there is some hope for the J-Hawks.

I was surprised they hired him. Blue Blood Program that was regularly in the Top 10 under Riley. Why chance it on an unproven D Coordinator? I felt they were in a position to grab a more sought after proven Head Coach. Always risky to hire an unproven leader.
