Just finished a beef tenderloin. Damn it was good!

Had prime rib, brisket, shrimp, and lamb fries today. The brisket was by far the best.

10lbs of prime rib. 500° for 50min, oven off and set in sealed oven for 2hrs. Crusted on the outside and medium rare 126° pink perfection on the inside.
