You know, I've thrown in the towel on Frost succeeding here but I'm starting to wonder if this may have been the right course given all the openings. However, the bar for next year should be high... 8-9 wins minimum given the schedule. Alas, I don't think it will be.

If he would have been fired now...
A large chunk of the fan base would have been pissed and probably never give the next coach a fair shake.
This seems like 2 years worth of coaching fires lord knows who we would end up with.

If by some way Frost some how turns this around that is the best scenario as you have your AD and HC for the next 20 years.

If he doesn't, you fire him, save some coin and I bet you would look like a much better job next year vs this year.
