Man, we can change the defensive coordinator but unless we somehow bring in 7-8 quality starters in defense next season will be a disaster. The personnel is so far away, which is alarming going into year 3 of a supposedly development coaching staff.

What really grinds my gears in the development department is we brought in a number of highly regarded OL prospects two and three years ago but somehow they are still more than a year away. Either they were way over rated misses or we suck at that whole development thing. Possibly six of one.
