Meaningless bowl game and it’s not particularly close. Neither are winning shit. Trying to give meaning to games that have none doesn’t add meaning to me.

Texas played like ass for 90 percent of this year but they have the talent to win the natty. I like that they don’t have a shot.
Then there is no reason to have a bowl game. At how many teams playoff wise do you give meaning? You With NIL you’re going to see more parity.
FCS has 24 team and I don’t think anyone below 12 has ever won it.
I’m just asking how many teams do you want?
Oh, I’m fine with BCS or 4. Not too mad about twelve but any more would annoy me. Georgia vs Indiana natty this year would’ve been cinema.

I’m okay with 12 if they just pick the top 12 teams. I don’t need to see Tulane or James Madison in unless they have one of the special seasons. I would rather just see a B1G championship since espn still blows the SEC.
True. But last year would of been Oregon vs Georgia which weren’t the best two teams

I think with the power consolidation, a BCS system would be so good rn. Obv unrealistic but B1G vs SEC champ damn near every year would be sick.
Thing is I don’t think a champ needs to be the best team, whoever earned it the most in the reg season playing for it is fine with me.
I think it’s going to a 24-32 team playoff regardless and the bowls will be gone. Money always wins out.
I would rather see it earned in a playoff.
A playoff system makes it way more random.
By earned do you mean easiest schedule haha. It needs to expand beyond just two teams. 8 without g5 was the sweet spot but we blew by that number so may as well add more
A regular season can be depending on schedule too.
The SEC is playing pretty even schedules here on out with their permanent opponent set up.
