Sherrone Moore fired for cause...

Well that, and the "He had mental health issues" is already out. No he didn't. He's just a massive piece of shit.

Exactly, that’s the 1st thing a good legal team will leak/release when they know they’re fucked and it’s time to mitigate damage in any way possible. It’s just like the guy who has no record of physical ailments or issues and shows up to court on crutches in “agonizing pain” from a “recent accident”.

I love how every media person and podcaster has to preface this discussion of Moore with "we knew it all along but couldn't talk about it." I get that you don't run stories that are unsubstantiated or personal in nature, but at the same time you don't buddy up to Moore if you knew he was fucking around like this.

Butter knives…?

Nothing says "I'm super cereal guys" than a butter knife

Harvey Weinstien showing up to court in a wheelchair. The thing Moore's legal team needs to prove is that his "mental" state has been prolonged...good luck

I’m m guessing this gets pled down way before this ever gets to trial. He’s likely looking at very minimal time, if any.

If he doesn’t have a history of or a prior mental health diagnosis the judge won’t give a shit. But… you have to do this. As his legal team they likely don’t know at this point whether Moore will pursue a plee bargain, which will most certainly involve jail/prison time, or he’ll want to go to a jury trial and try to get exonerated. If the later, (jury trial) making him look sympathetic and even potentially like a victim is very beneficial. Just need one juror to believe he was somehow the victim in this unfortunate series of events.
